Val’s Adventure: What an incredible journey with Priest Val joining us! From the majestic monarch butterfly sanctuary in Morelia to savoring the delightful carnitas tacos—a real treat in Morelia! Our home became a hub of joy as Mom presented her specialty, the delectable cochinita pibil, a southern Mexico City gem infused with axiote and fresh orange, creating an unforgettable flavor. Eden and Val indulged in this culinary delight, making our time together even more special.

Our tour wrapped up at Mexico City’s bustling Jamaica, a vibrant and authentic spot known for its flowers market. This local gem holds a special place, bustling with colors and energy—it’s a must-visit! A heartfelt thank you to Eden and Val for adding more joy to our adventures!
